Refik (Haluk Bilginer) is paralyzed from the neck down and therefore relies on assistance in his daily life. Ferruh (Feyyaz Yiğit) takes on this role. However, things don't go smoothly at first. While Ferruh takes a very laissez-faire approach to life, Refik initially clings to his rigid worldview. But soon, the two manage to find common ground.
